Wonderful Devon Craft Fair.

This weekend sees the yearly return of Crux, the intimate craft fair set in the spacious village hall at Rattery near Totnes. 33 makers from a wide variety of traditional, heritage and contemporary craft specialisms will be selling their wares direct to the public. Visitors can purchase raffle tickets to win one of many unique prizes each donated by the 33 makers, with proceeds of the raffle going to this years' charity "Cool Recovery". As usual there will be a cafe serving the most delicious home made food you can imagine, from savoury meals to cakes, mulled wine and mince pies. Celia Lister, who helped me test out my pen designs will be selling her beautiful calligraphy. Though I am not exhibiting this year, I have no intention of missing this terrific event. See you there!

  1. What a wonderful wonderful post! Thanks so much, now if you can just make a video to go with it that would be fabulous --lol.

    Can you give us the brand and site of your set? Thanks Donna

  2. Thankyou. I think you're asking about the Tap & Die set in the post here; http://fluxplay.blogspot.com/2011/12/taps-diesthe-lowdown.html
    I bought my set from HS Walsh in the UK, here it is (the price has gone up since I bought mine);

    I don't do vid' tutorials because I prefer to follow static instructions at my own pace, away from the computer...plus, I'd have to edit out the cuss-words ;-)
